1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered on the Winph3 platform at winph3.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Winph3.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Winph3 platform. Continuing to use the site after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Winph3 or any of its affiliated service providers.
- You must not already hold an existing Winph3 account. Each person is entitled to one account only — creating multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in permanent suspension.
Winph3 reserves the right to ask for proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending funds pending investigation.
3. Account Registration and Security
When you register for a Winph3 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one Winph3 account. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person — whether through the same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds in those accounts may be forfeited. The original account may also be subject to review.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Winph3 login credentials. Do not share your password or one-time PINs with anyone. Winph3 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
Account Verification
Winph3 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Winph3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱500.
- Deposits are credited to your Winph3 wallet in real time for GCash, Maya, and most e-wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being flagged for investigation.
- Winph3 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. If that is not available, Winph3 may process via an alternative method on file.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfers may take longer based on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
- Winph3 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Winph3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is standard practice across all regulated gaming platforms and is done to protect both the player and the platform.
- Funds must not have originated from criminal or fraudulent activity. Winph3 complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Winph3 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
- Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement, which is the minimum amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
- Bonus funds and the winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
- Winph3 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are actively working towards a wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Abuse and Fraud
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account suspension. Winph3 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and game sessions on Winph3 are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip or game settings before confirming any wager. Winph3 will not reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.
Bet Settlement
- Sports betting results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA official standings, World Boxing Association rulings).
- In the event of an obvious pricing error — such as a significantly incorrect odds listing due to a technical fault — Winph3 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
- Live in-play bets are accepted at the risk of the bettor. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
- If an event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all pre-game bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
Casino and Card Games
All casino games and card games on Winph3, including Tongits, operate using certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by Winph3 or any third party. Historical game results do not affect future outcomes.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type and event. The minimum bet across all Winph3 games is ₱50. Maximum stake limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet and may be adjusted at Winph3's discretion without prior notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Winph3 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, evading account restrictions, or any other reason.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer card games such as Tongits or Pusoy Dos.
- Match-fixing or insider knowledge — placing bets with knowledge of predetermined outcomes on sports events or any other betting markets.
- Money laundering or financial fraud — using the Winph3 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity or to obscure the origin of funds.
- Chargebacks or false payment disputes — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from those deposits.
- Accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions using VPNs, proxy servers, or any other method of IP masking.
- Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or verification.

- Loss of winnings due to technical failures, telecommunications interruptions, or system downtime.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any decision or action taken based on information published on the Winph3 platform, including odds information, game previews, or promotional materials.
Winph3 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will endeavour to minimise downtime but cannot guarantee 100% availability, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows.
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bet settlement or an incorrect game outcome, Winph3's liability is limited to returning the original stake placed on the affected bet or game session.
11. Changes to These Terms
